Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive experience at the academy. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, providing clear information about courses and admission processes, and maintaining regular communication with clients.

The role also involves tracking feedback, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. The executive is expected to maintain accurate records of interactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications





- Strong customer service skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations.
- Ability to manage and nurture Business Relationship Management and long-term stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with students and parents.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles in education or related service industries is preferred.
- Comfort with basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining records and tracking interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a student-centric mindset.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; training in customer service or counseling is an advantage.
