The company connects verified borrowers with retail lenders, offering affordable loans to borrowers and alternative investment options to investors.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Relations Manager role based in Noida.

The Customer Relations

Manager will handle day-to-day interactions with investors, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues across phone, email, and digital channels. The role involves guiding customers through the lending and investing process, ensuring clear communication about products, terms, and platform features, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems. The individual will coordinate with internal teams to address escalations, improve service processes, and contribute feedback on customer needs and pain points. The role also includes monitoring service metrics, supporting customer retention initiatives, and promoting a positive, trust-based experience on the platform.

- Relevant experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
