We are looking for a motivated and communication-skilled Telecaller Executive to handle admission enquiries, communicate with prospective students and parents, and support the admissions process. The candidate will be responsible for making follow-up calls, providing accurate information about courses/programmes, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to admission enquiries.

Contact prospective students and parents and provide information about courses, fees, admission procedures, and facilities.

Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly.

Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.

Explain admission requirements and assist parents/students with the application process.

Coordinate with the Admissions and Academic teams regarding student enquiries.

Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions.

Respond to queries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.





Update daily call and admission status reports in the designated system/app.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly admission and calling targets.

Maintain professional and polite communication with parents and students.

Requirements:

Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Previous experience in telecalling, admissions, customer service, or education sector is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
