Job Summary The Financial Counsellor is responsible for explaining IVF and fertility treatment costs to patients, providing transparent information about treatment packages, payment options, insurance/financial assistance where applicable, and helping patients understand the financial aspects of their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Treatment Cost Counselling

- Explain IVF treatment costs, packages, procedures, medications, investigations, and other applicable charges.

- Provide patients with a clear and transparent cost estimate based on the treatment plan.

- Explain inclusions and exclusions in different treatment packages.

- Patient Financial Counselling

- Understand the patient's financial concerns and provide suitable payment options as per company policy.

- Explain payment schedules, advance payments, instalments, and applicable terms and conditions.

- Handle patient queries related to treatment bills and financial requirements.

- Coordination with Clinical Team

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, pharmacy, and billing teams to understand the patient's treatment plan and associated costs.

- Ensure that financial counselling is aligned with the treatment advised by the clinical team.

- Clarify any changes in treatment plans that may affect the estimated cost.

- Package & Revenue Management

- Explain available IVF packages and applicable offers according to organizational guidelines.





- Ensure accurate communication of package pricing without making unauthorized commitments.

- Follow up on pending payments and financial requirements professionally.

- Patient Follow-up

- Follow up with patients regarding treatment decisions, payment status, and upcoming financial requirements.

- Maintain regular communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.

- Support patients in understanding additional costs that may arise during treatment.

- Billing & Documentation

- Coordinate with the billing/accounts team regarding patient payments and outstanding amounts.

- Maintain accurate records of counselling, estimates, payments, and follow-ups.

- Ensure proper documentation of financial discussions with patients.

- Patient Relationship Management

- Build trust with patients through transparent and ethical financial communication.

- Handle financial concerns and complaints professionally.

- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

- Reports & MIS

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to counselling, conversions, packages, collections, and pending payments.

- Track counselling outcomes and treatment conversion.

- Share required MIS reports with management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
