Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele-Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining suitable UAE business setup solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business setup and company formation solutions.
- Explain services, packages, pricing, and procedures clearly to clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Business Setup/Operations team for smooth client onboarding.




- Stay updated on UAE business setup services, licensing options, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports for management.

Requirements
- Fresher–1.5 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Setup, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- UAE market experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with UAE business setup or company formation sales experience will be preferred
