Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries professionally.- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.- Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined timelines.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.- Explain products, services, policies,



and processes to customers.- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.- Meet customer service and response-time targets.- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.

Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Salary
