About the Role

RoomAdda is looking for an energetic and people-friendly Customer Acquisition Executive

. In this role, you will meet students, working professionals, and people moving to Bengaluru, you will help and understand their accommodation requirements, and assist them in finding suitable PG and rental options.

What You Will Do

- Talk to students, working professionals, and people relocating to Bengaluru online.

• Intervene the daily enquires you get regarding the PG.

• Explain what RoomAdda offers in simple terms and help interested people sign up

.

• Understand what kind of accommodation a person needs and suggest suitable options.

• Keep straightforward records of the people you meet, follow up with them, and track how many sign up (using CRM tools).

- Work with other teams at RoomAdda to make sure new users have a smooth start.

• Meet your weekly and monthly targets for new sign-ups.

Pay and Benefits

• The probationary period for this position will be 3–4 months.

- The annual remuneration for this position is ₹5.4 LPA.*

• Earn incentives of up to ₹20,000

per month, based on individual performance

• Health Insurance: Medical coverage of up to ₹2,00,000

under the company's health insurance policy.

- Regular performance reviews with opportunities to grow within the company.

(*CTC Explanation:

The ₹5.4 LPA annual CTC is inclusive of the performance-based incentive component. The incentive component, up to ₹20,000 per month, is variable and is determined based on individual performance )

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (B. Com, BBA, or related field).

• Good at talking to and convincing people.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Genuinely interested in sales, marketing, or the property/rental industry
