CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER – TELECALLING
Department: Customer Care
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Chiyyaram
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam proficiency is preferred; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Freshers can apply; previous experience in telecalling/customer care will be an added advantage.
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
