- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:

MDM Architecture, Semarchy, Data Governance, Master Data Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Solution Design.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices related to master data.
- Experience with integration of master data management solutions across diverse enterprise systems.
- Ability to design and implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data.
- Familiarity with data modeling and metadata management techniques within MDM environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data management issues to maintain system integrity.
