Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and optimizes solutions to meet evolving business demands, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Solid experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
