Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead / Development Lead with solid experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and ServiceNow platform development. The role involves leading a small team of developers, driving AI-powered solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring delivery quality, and implementing innovative automation capabilities that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct technical reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases.

Implement and support ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.

Design scalable workflows, automations, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom development.

Guide team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving root-cause resolution.

Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and governance compliance.

Support estimations, technical planning, sprint execution, and delivery management activities.



Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations for complex workflow automation requirements.

Review and optimize existing flows, sub flows, and automation solutions to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, and security requirement

Ensure Responsible AI practices, security controls, data privacy, and governance standards are incorporated into all AI implementations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, or Employee Center.

Experience implementing Agentic AI, Generative AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and related AI capabilities.

Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption patterns.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ServiceNow development frameworks.

Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical delivery.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other enterprise AI platforms. Exposure to Crew AI, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MCP, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.

Experience developing AI-powered solutions integrated with enterprise applications and knowledge repositories.

Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery environments and leading distributed development teams.
