- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data services.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing data workflows.

Additional Information
