- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM.
- Strong knowledge of business process management concepts and workflow automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing process-driven applications using Camunda BPM.
- Familiarity with integrating Camunda BPM with various enterprise systems and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize process models and execution performance.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
