The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains robust and efficient throughout its lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate.
- Strong knowledge of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet diverse business requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
