Role: Business Analyst CTRM

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Must have hands-on experience in CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management).
- Strong understanding of commodity trading business processes and terminology.
- Experience in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation, and process analysis.
- Good understanding of different Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge is required for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business, technology, and development teams.
