AVAD India CSR Advisory Services LLP is looking for a Monitoring & Evaluation Intern to join our team for a remote internship based in Chennai.

? Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Intern

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 1 month

About the Role The intern will support the team in monitoring and evaluating CSR and social-impact projects. The role will involve project monitoring, data collection, stakeholder interactions, documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support monitoring and evaluation of CSR/social-impact projects

Conduct calls with beneficiaries and project stakeholders

Collect, organise and analyse project data

Support preparation of monitoring reports and project documentation

Assist with research and other M&E; activities

Coordinate with project teams and implementation partners

Who We’re Looking For





Candidates with a background in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Public Policy, CSR or a related field

Fluent in Tamil and English — Tamil fluency is essential as the role involves beneficiary/stakeholder calls

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with data and documentation

Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn

Genuine interest in the social impact/development sector
