- Handle customer enquiries and leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversions.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned follow-up and conversion targets.ct information, acting as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales lifecycle.

- Education: Graduate or Under-Graduate; a background in Business Development (BD) or Telesales is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:



Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Office, or CRM platforms for accurate sales reporting.
