Role Description The CRM role at Sapphire Dry Fruits is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The individual in this role will manage and enhance customer relationships, maintain and update CRM systems, and ensure accurate customer data and reporting. Daily responsibilities include monitoring customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback and buying patterns, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.





The role also involves handling customer queries, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating on projects to strengthen loyalty programs and key accounts.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience with CRM tools and maintaining customer databases.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Sales and client servicing abilities to support customer acquisition, retention, and up-selling or cross-selling initiatives.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute CRM and customer-focused initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food products, or retail sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
