ROLE PURPOSE The CRM/Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing and improving the organisation's CRM and digital systems. The role will ensure that student, customer, partner and operational data is effectively captured, managed and converted into useful information for decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, configure and maintain CRM systems and related digital platforms.
- Manage databases, user access, data security and system administration.
- Integrate CRM with websites, communication platforms and other business applications.
- Develop automated workflows for lead management, student enquiries. admissions and follow-ups.
- Build dashboards and reports to track leads, conversions, admissions and programme performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation and data management
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes.




- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Work closely with programme, admissions, HR and management teams to understand technology requirements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, system processes and user guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate data privacy and security practices.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in CRM, software development, EdTech, training, education or service-oriented organisations.
