Role: CRM Executive
Salary: Up to 35,000/- per month in hand
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student queries and issues over calls, chats & emails
- Resolve student grievances related to academics and curriculum
- Handle escalations and cancellation requests
- Work towards student retention
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Follow up with students to ensure resolution
- Handle emails and program-related requests
- Maintain professional communication with students
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in CRM, Customer Support, Student Support, EdTech, BPO or Education preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered
- Immediate joiners preferred
