Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries and concerns.

- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

- Monitor customer interactions and maintain accurate records.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Maintain legal, compliance, and contract-related documents and ensure timely renewals.

- Prepare customer reports and support client retention initiatives.

Requirements

- Any Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

- Experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Client Relationship Management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
