Position: CRM Executive Location: Hyderabad Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, follow up on customer requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer calls, emails, queries, and service requests professionally.

Follow up with customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders, and service updates. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.

Track leads, follow-ups, complaints, and customer requests. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer queries. Prepare daily/weekly CRM and follow-up reports. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.



Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.

Required

Preferred

QualificationsAny Graduate / Post Graduate. 0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
