Job Summary

Keventers Venture Ltd. is looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Crew Member to join our Tollygunge outlet in Kolkata.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily outlet operations, customer service, product handling, cleanliness, billing support, and maintaining company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and assist with basic queries.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the visit.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.

Outlet Operations
- Assist with day-to-day outlet operations.
- Support the team during busy hours and maintain smooth workflow.
- Follow company SOPs and instructions from the Shift Manager/Senior Staff.
- Assist with opening and closing activities as assigned.

Product & Stock Handling
- Handle products and raw materials carefully according to company standards.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing stock.
- Check product quality and report damaged, expired, or missing items.
- Follow proper storage and handling procedures.
- Help minimize product wastage.

Billing & Order Handling
- Operate the POS/billing system after proper training.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Handle cash/card/UPI transactions responsibly when assigned.




- Ensure orders are correctly packed and handed over to customers.

Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, work area, dining area, and other assigned sections.
- Follow personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations as instructed.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Teamwork
- Work closely with the Shift Manager, kitchen team, and other crew members.
- Assist colleagues whenever required during peak hours.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required time.

Skills & Qualifications Communication: Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi, Bengali, or English.

Customer Service: Friendly attitude and willingness to interact with customers.

Work Ethic: Hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Skills: Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Competitive monthly salary based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
