As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. You will be the bridge between our customers and the credit processing system, providing accurate and timely information and support.

Responsibilities

- Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding credit processes.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related issues and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using credit scoring models and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
