Job Purpose
Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and procedures to maintain portfolio quality and mitigate risks. Analyze proposals, ensure credit checks, and deliver timely decisions without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management - Working Capital Products
Control early delinquency and mortality.
Minimize NPA percentage.
Maintain housekeeping and CAM renewals.
TAT Management
Ensure credit TAT within benchmarks.
Control CPA TAT.
Monitoring of Vendor Performance
Appoint vendors as per business needs.
Ensure report quality and vendor TAT.
Adherence of Credit Policy & Processes
Avoid deviations in processes and policies.
Highlight ground-level feedback.
MIS Analysis
Ensure individual productivity and portfolio quality.
Handle vendor management and process improvement.
Compliance, Audit and CRU Requirements
Review audit and compliance queries within TAT.
Provide local responses and MIS promptly.
Education:
Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed institute.
Certifications:
Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Communication, Industry Knowledge.
