We are looking for an experienced and analytical Credit Manager to manage credit assessment, underwriting, risk evaluation, and portfolio quality.

The Credit Manager will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing customer creditworthiness, taking appropriate credit decisions, and ensuring adherence to the company's credit policies. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Operations, Collections, and Management teams to support business growth while maintaining robust portfolio quality and controlling credit risk.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and process loan applications as per credit policy.
- Assess customer creditworthiness, income, banking, and bureau reports.
- Take credit decisions within assigned approval limits.
- Identify and mitigate credit and fraud risks.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Monitor portfolio quality, DPD, delinquency, and NPA trends.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Operations, and Collections teams.
- Review credit deviations and recommend appropriate action.
- Prepare and monitor credit MIS and portfolio reports.
- Guide the credit team and ensure timely processing of cases.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in credit underwriting, NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of credit appraisal, bureau analysis, and risk assessment.
- Good understanding of loan processes and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience in team handling and credit approval will be preferred.
