Digitide Business Solutions is hiring experienced Telesales Executives for a banking client. The candidate will be responsible for selling credit card products to customers through outbound/inbound calling and achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.
- Explain credit card features, perks, eligibility and offers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.
- Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure quality service.
- Adhere to company and banking process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Card Sales / BFSI Sales / BPO Sales.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable with telesales and target-based work.
- Versant V5 communication assessment required.
