Role Description The Creative Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for social media, web, and other digital platforms, aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, layouts, and marketing materials, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and adapting designs for multiple formats and devices.

The Creative

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to brand identity development,



and ensure design consistency across all channels. The role also involves preparing files for production, continuously exploring design trends, and refining concepts based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Robust creative design skills, with the ability to generate original concepts and visual narratives (Creative Design).
- Proficiency in designing visual assets, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media (Graphics, Graphic Design).
- Experience in developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities across platforms (Branding).
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and creating visually appealing, functional web interfaces (Web Design).
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
