School Supervisor

Location: Jahangirpura, Surat, Gujarat

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive School Supervisor to manage day-to-day school activities and ensure a safe, disciplined, and positive environment for students and staff.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising students, coordinating with teachers and school staff, maintaining discipline, and supporting the smooth functioning of daily school operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students during school hours, breaks, assemblies, and other activities.
- Ensure proper discipline and appropriate student behaviour throughout the school premises.
- Monitor classrooms, corridors, common areas, and other school facilities.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff regarding daily school activities.
- Assist in managing student arrival and departure.
- Address routine student concerns and communicate important matters to teachers or management.
- Ensure school rules, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.
- Monitor attendance and maintain basic school records when required.
- Support teachers and administrative staff in day-to-day activities.
- Assist in organizing school events, activities, and special programs.
- Identify and report safety, maintenance,



or operational issues to the school management.
- Maintain a professional and respectful environment within the school.
- Perform other supervisory and administrative duties assigned by the school management.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi.
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise students effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
- Previous experience in a school, education, administration, or supervisory role will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and management skills may also apply.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, responsible, approachable, and capable of maintaining discipline while creating a positive and supportive environment for students.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
