Sahakari Race Plus is looking for an experienced and academically robust Course Director – CDPO & ICDS to lead the academic planning, faculty coordination, student performance, study materials and overall course delivery for Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) and Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) examination preparation.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Women & Child Development, ICDS, child welfare, social welfare schemes, Kerala-specific current affairs and competitive examination patterns, along with excellent academic leadership and student-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall CDPO & ICDS course plan and academic calendar.
- Prepare subject-wise syllabus coverage plans and ensure timely portion completion.
- Coordinate and monitor faculty members and their academic activities.
- Conduct regular faculty reviews and academic performance evaluations.
- Plan live classes, recorded classes, revision sessions and special sessions.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, retention and academic progress.
- Conduct regular model examinations, mock tests and revision tests.
- Analyse student examination performance and identify weak areas.
- Develop and review study materials, notes, question banks and revision materials.
- Ensure syllabus-oriented and examination-focused content delivery.
- Monitor daily class reports and faculty reporting.
- Coordinate with the content, studio and academic teams for recorded classes.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of class recordings.




- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial academic sessions.
- Maintain communication with students through official course groups.
- Collect and analyse student feedback and implement improvements.
- Track important developments in ICDS, Women & Child Development and Kerala Government schemes relevant to the examination.
- Ensure regular updates to course content based on examination trends.
- Support student motivation, mentoring and academic counselling.
- Prepare weekly and monthly academic performance reports for management.
- Take responsibility for the overall academic performance of the CDPO & ICDS course.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Child Development / Public Administration / Public Health / related subjects.
- Candidates with strong academic expertise in CDPO, ICDS and Women & Child Development will be preferred.
- Previous experience in competitive-examination coaching, academic coordination or faculty management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Kerala-specific CDPO/ICDS examination requirements.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong computer and online teaching platform skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
