Role Overview: We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Counsellors to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. You need to be someone who can readily engage and strike up a conversation with parents over phone

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with parents over the phone to explain our mental health and child development programs.
- Understand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.
- Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Preferably based in Kolkata.
- Education: Any Graduate degree. Preferably Psychology or Early Childhood Development
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in counselling (education or early childhood development)
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali , Hindi , and English .
- Core Competencies: Solid interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
