Role Overview-

We are looking for a Costing Manager with a robust technical background in Civil Engineering or Architecture and proven experience in project costing and estimation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for large-scale construction, architectural or structural projects.

Key Responsibilities-

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs and cost sheets based on drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Analyse drawings, quantities, materials, specifications and project scope to arrive at accurate project costs.
- Develop rate analysis, material costing and labour costing.
- Evaluate project requirements and identify cost implications at the estimation stage.
- Prepare comparative statements and assess vendor/contractor quotations from a costing perspective.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement and Sales teams to ensure accurate costing.
- Review and validate project estimates before commercial submission.
- Maintain costing databases, historical project costs and benchmark rates.




- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising quality or specifications.
- Handle costing for large-scale and technically complex projects.

What We Are Looking For

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
- Proven hands-on experience in project costing and estimation.
- Robust understanding of construction materials, quantities, specifications and execution methodologies.
- Experience in costing of large-scale structures, luxury residential projects, architectural products or similar projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, rate analysis and project quantities.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and relevant estimation/costing software.

Important: We are not looking for a pure Billing profile. The candidate must have prior, hands-on experience in project costing, estimation and rate analysis, with a strong technical understanding of construction/architectural projects.
