Role & respon

- Counsel patients and attendants regarding eye treatments and surgeries.

- Explain procedures, packages, costs, and pre/post-operative instructions.

- Coordinate with doctors, front office, billing, OT and other departments.

- Follow up with patients for appointments and surgeries.

- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.

- Maintain patient counselling records and daily reports.

- Achieve counselling and surgery conversion targets ethically.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with positive communication and counselling skills.

- Experience in hospital/healthcare counselling preferred.

- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and basic English.

- Patient-friendly, confident and good convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and follow-up skills.
