We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Estimation & Costing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating client enquiries, reviewing Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and preparing accurate, competitive costing sheets for Low Tension (LT) electrical panels.

Additionally, you will oversee panel documentation across production, quality testing, and dispatch phases. If you have hands-on experience in the LT panel industry and a strong drive to learn new skills, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Estimation &

• Costing: Review incoming enquiries, SLDs, and preliminary BOMs to prepare exact Bill of Materials and commercial costing sheets for various LT panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, Automation, etc.).
- Technical Evaluation: Analyze component specifications (switchgear, busbars, enclosures, protective relays) to ensure alignment with client requirements and standard electrical compliance.
- Production &

- Dispatch Documentation:



Maintain accurate records for panels throughout the manufacturing lifecycle and prior to final dispatch.
- Quality &
- Testing Records: Coordinate test certificates, routine test reports, and pre-dispatch inspection documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay open to learning new tools, technologies, and methods to streamline estimation and production tracking.
Requirements &
- Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Direct experience in estimation, drafting, or quality process management within the LT panel manufacturing industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical schematics, and component technical datasheets.
- Costing & • Calculation Skills:

Hands-on experience working with Excel/costing templates for component and fabrication pricing.
- Documentation & • Detail:

Meticulous approach to record-keeping, panel testing documentation, and dispatch clearances.
- Mindset: Adaptable, eager to learn new engineering skills, and capable of collaborating across design and production teams.
