We are looking for a high energy, commercially driven Head of Corporate & Institutional Sales to build and lead Beliv Stays’ B2B revenue engine.
The role will own relationships with corporates, institutions, colleges, universities, consulting firms, startups and other organisations requiring managed accommodation and long-stay solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Beliv’s corporate & institutional sales strategy.
- Acquire and manage large corporate and institutional accounts.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, Travel, Procurement and Facility teams.
- Drive bulk room bookings, long-stay contracts and institutional partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline.
- Lead negotiations, commercial proposals and closures.
- Build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities and organisations.
- Drive occupancy and revenue across Beliv properties through B2B channels.
- Track sales performance, conversion, revenue and account profitability.
- Build and eventually lead a high-performing corporate sales team.
- Work closely with operations and revenue teams to ensure successful account delivery and retention.
