- Recruitment services .

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate potential corporate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and other channels. Meet HR Managers, HR Heads, Business Owners and key decision-makers . Present and pitch the company's recruitment and HR consultancy services.

Build and maintain solid corporate client relationships. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business tie-ups. Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfil client requirements.

Maintain regular sales follow-ups and achieve assigned monthly business development targets.

Requirements Graduate in any discipline preferred.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali . Confident in client meetings, presentations and negotiations. Comfortable with field visits and corporate meetings. Self-motivated, professional and target-oriented. Freshers with a strong interest in Corporate Sales &

- Business Development are welcome.

Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Field Sales or Business Development will be an advantage.
