We are looking for a proactive and experienced Corporate Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industry professionals, and corporate partners. The role will focus on creating new business opportunities, strengthening industry connections, and supporting placement, recruitment, and corporate engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry partners.

- Coordinate with companies for placement drives, recruitment, internships, and industry collaborations.

- Conduct regular corporate visits, meetings, and networking activities to strengthen existing partnerships.

- Coordinate MoUs, corporate tie-ups, seminars, workshops, recruitment drives, and other industry engagement activities.

- Maintain an updated database of corporate contacts, partnership details, hiring requirements, and engagement records.

- Work closely with the Placement, Academic, Marketing, and Management teams to meet organizational requirements.





- Track corporate partnership activities, follow-ups, meetings, and outcomes.

- Prepare regular reports and updates on corporate engagement and partnership performance for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in corporate relations, placement, recruitment, or a similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to independently handle corporate meetings, discussions, and follow-ups.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term qualified relationships.

- Willingness to travel for corporate visits and meetings when required.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
