Get Hired is GeeksforGeeks' tech hiring product, built to connect skilled tech talent with companies looking to hire for technical roles. As we scale this product, we're building a team of Corporate Placements Associates who will be the front line in growing our network of hiring partners.

About the Role

We're looking for a Corporate Placements Associate to help grow our hiring partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll identify, connect with, and onboard companies looking to hire tech talent through Get Hired. This is a client-facing role at the intersection of business development and account management, where you'll build long-term relationships with hiring partners and ensure they continue to get value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Identification: Research and identify companies and hiring managers actively hiring for tech roles who would benefit from the Get Hired platform.
- Outreach & Acquisition: Reach out to prospective hiring partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to present the value proposition of Get Hired.
- Partner Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new hiring partners.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing partners to understand their evolving hiring needs and hiring plans.
- Client Retention: Own partner retention by proactively addressing concerns, sharing platform updates, and ensuring continued engagement.
- Market Understanding:



Stay updated on the tech hiring ecosystem, recruitment trends, and competitor offerings to improve outreach strategies.
- Reporting & Tracking: Track outreach activities, partner pipeline, onboarding status, and retention metrics, and share regular updates with the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Talent teams to relay partner feedback and improve the overall hiring experience.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Agency Recruiting, or Campus/College Placements.
- Prior experience working with a recruitment platform, job portal, or hiring marketplace is preferred.
- Existing network within HR and Talent Acquisition circles is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the tech hiring and recruitment ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling client-facing conversations independently.
- Ability to identify and reach out to potential hiring partners with minimal supervision.
- Strong follow-through and relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
