As a Corporate Manager at Ashwini Group Of Hospital, you will play a vital role in developing and executing corporate strategies that align with our mission to provide quality healthcare. You will be responsible for managing various corporate functions such as strategic planning, business development, compliance, stakeholder relations, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will help strengthen our organizational structure, enhance operational performance, and foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement corporate strategies aligned with the hospital’s vision and goals.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand hospital services and market presence.
- Oversee corporate compliance with healthcare regulations, laws, and standards.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor financial performance,



budgets, and resource management.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the hospital organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital management, healthcare administration, or corporate management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office.
- Certifications in Healthcare Management (preferred).
