About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Innovation Lab Leader to lead a SaaS and AI-native innovation center focused on building scalable AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and service management solutions for federal clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technology consulting, solution architecture, AI/cloud solutions, DevSecOps, and multidisciplinary team leadership, along with experience building innovative technology capabilities from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery standards for a SaaS and AI-native innovation center.
- Drive AI transformation, service management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Design and develop reusable accelerators, enablers, and reference architectures.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Partner with Business Development and Capture teams on technical solutions, proposals, and winning strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with cloud, SaaS, and AI technology vendors.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor,



translating business and mission requirements into scalable and secure AI-enabled solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or IT capability/practice leadership.
- 4+ years of experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering or consulting teams.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering SaaS-based or AI-native solutions for enterprise or government clients.
- Strong experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on understanding of contemporary DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI/ML platform engineering.
- Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as NIST RMF, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field from a premier STEM institution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or CISSP.
- Experience establishing new practice areas or innovation/capability centers from the ground up.
