Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end real estate project financing and fundraising.

- Identify and evaluate funding opportunities through banks, NBFCs, private debt funds and financial institutions.

- Manage construction finance, project loans, structured debt and other funding instruments.

- Prepare financial models, project feasibility, cash-flow projections and funding proposals.

- Manage the complete loan lifecycle from application and sanction to documentation, disbursement and closure.

- Coordinate with lenders for sanction conditions, documentation, CP fulfilment and timely disbursements.

- Manage interest rates, repayment schedules, covenants, securities, NOCs and loan compliances.

- Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.

- Ensure compliance with RERA requirements, project accounts and escrow mechanisms.

- Monitor project collections, fund utilisation, debt servicing and funding requirements.

- Prepare project finance MIS, cash-flow reports, debt profiles and management dashboards.

- Analyze project profitability,



project cash flows and repayment capacity.

- Manage lender due diligence, technical/financial queries and documentation.

- Support senior management with funding strategy, financial analysis and project finance decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Real Estate Developer.

- Strong experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fundraising or Construction Finance.

- Robust knowledge of RERA, escrow accounts and project-level financial compliance.

- Hands-on experience in bank/NBFC loans, project funding and loan disbursement.

- Strong financial modelling, cash-flow analysis and project evaluation skills.

- Good understanding of real estate project economics and funding structures.

- Strong lender relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.

- Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CFA / equivalent qualification preferred.Role & responsibilities
