We are looking for a sharp, commercially driven Corporate Development Manager to help Appkhichadi identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, fundraising, market intelligence, and business expansion. You will work closely with the Founder to build relationships with fintechs, banks, NBFCs, data partners, investors, and potential strategic collaborators.

Appkhichadi is building a data and API-led ecosystem, with Inly as its consumer-finance intelligence product. We are looking for someone who can turn market opportunities into structured business cases and meaningful commercial conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, distribution opportunities, acquisitions, investments, and new-market opportunities.
- Build business cases, market-sizing models, revenue projections, and commercial proposals.
- Research fintech, lending, data, SaaS, AdTech, and consumer-internet ecosystems.
- Develop and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, API partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
- Support fundraising activities, including investor research,



pitch preparation, diligence coordination, and follow-ups.
- Lead partnership conversations from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Track competitor activity, industry movements, M&A; activity, and emerging market opportunities.
- Work with product, technology, legal, finance, and sales teams to assess feasibility and execute strategic initiatives.
- Create leadership-ready presentations, deal notes, partnership pipelines, and periodic strategic reports.
- Assist in commercial negotiations, term-sheet evaluation, partnership structures, and go-to-market planning.

What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, partnerships, or strategic finance.
- Strong exposure to fintech, BFSI, lending, SaaS, data products, API platforms, or digital consumer businesses is preferred.
- Ability to build robust financial models, business cases, market-sizing analyses, and revenue forecasts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.
- Ability to move beyond research: form an opinion, create a plan, and drive execution.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution, CA, CFA, or equivalent strategic/financial background is preferred but not mandatory.
