Role Description The Corporate Gifting Specialist at Invra is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role involves managing end-to-end corporate gifting requirements, from understanding client needs to proposing suitable product combinations and packaging options. The specialist will coordinate with corporate clients, create customized gifting solutions for events and campaigns, and oversee order processing, timelines, and delivery follow-ups.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships,



preparing quotations and proposals, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with production and design teams to ensure quality and consistency. The role also includes identifying new corporate prospects, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall corporate gifting portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and corporate sales skills, with the ability to understand business gifting needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Experience in planning and coordinating customized gifting projects, including packaging, branding elements, and logistics.
- Proficiency in basic business communication, presentation, and negotiation, with clear written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines, with attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving under deadlines.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and CRM or sales tracking tools for proposals, pricing, and order management.
- Prior experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, gourmet food, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Collaborative mindset, professional conduct with clients and internal teams, and enthusiasm for premium food and gifting.
