- Mandatory Skills Description:• 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with a focus on Retail Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong mortgage domain knowledge, including origination, servicing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Signature/ AS400 Mainframe application.
- Experience of working on Critical production issues.
- Experience with batch job testing, file validations, and data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like qTest, JIRA.
- Robust SQL skills for data validation and test data preparation.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts for projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
