Role & responsibilities
HR Compliance
1. Responsible for the coordination and administration of HR compliance processes across the international regions
2. Regular testing of HR controls to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements, such as System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC2)
3. Facilitating the annual policy acknowledgment processes for key HR Policies.
4. Maintenance of Global HR intranet pages to ensure appropriate policy management
5. Ensure compliance standards are embedded across all countries outside North America
Policies & Procedures
1. Management of the annual Business Continuity Policy (BCP) review and other policies and procedures as needed, ensuring that reviews are completed at a local HR level and providing support and guidance where necessary
2. Coordination of regular employee-related policy and handbook reviews
3. Liaising with local HR teams across the international region, ensuring policy updates (such as employee privacy notifications) are accurately reflected in new joiner paperwork
Employee Engagement
1. Responsible for providing employee survey results and analysis for business leaders and countries across the international regional, and supporting the action planning process to enhance employee engagement
2. Manage external platforms employee reviews by drafting responses for country HR teams to review and then post online
3. Support any ad hoc or global employee engagement initiatives that enhances employee experience across international offices
HR Communications
1. Establishment and on-going management of an annual HR communication schedule for key HR processes, ensuring consistency of core messages across the international region
2. Provide administrative support to the International HR team as needed
Inclusion
1.
Partnering with the global Inclusion PMO team and local HR teams to organize and drive participation in global and international Inclusion related initiatives and events
2. Responsible for coordinating inclusion accolades questionnaires across participating offices across APAC and Europe
3. Coordinate and maintain records of Inclusion leaders and Employee Network Groups by office, and provide support to local teams on inclusion related matters

12. Experience using Microsoft Power BI would be advantageous
13. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms) to enhance HR operations, reporting, communication, and administrative processes.
14. Ability to leverage AI tools to draft HR communications, summarize policy updates, and create process documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
15. Experience using AI-assisted data analysis and reporting tools to generate insights, identify trends, and support decision-making.
16. Bachelors degree in a HR relevant discipline
17. 2–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment, with role alignment based on experience level (Coordinator: 2–5 years; Specialist: 5–7 years).
