Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute instrumentation and control systems for plant equipment and processes.

- Support installation, testing and commissioning of field instruments, control panels, PLC, DCS and SCADA systems.

- Develop/review I/O lists, instrument datasheets, control philosophies, instrument index and loop diagrams.

- Coordinate with EPC contractors, automation vendors and equipment suppliers.

- Perform instrument calibration, loop checking and functional testing.

- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, control systems and instrumentation-related issues.

- Coordinate integration of plant equipment with PLC/SCADA and other automation systems.

- Monitor and support process parameters, alarms, interlocks and control loops.

- Review automation and instrumentation drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and plant handover activities.

- Maintain instrumentation documentation, commissioning records and project reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards.

- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for reliable functioning of instrumentation and control systems.
