Position: Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Planning, Billing, Site Execution, MEP, and Safety teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

- Oversee construction activities, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Ensure effective implementation of safety and quality management systems.

- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as required.

- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:





- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management and execution.

Critical Skills Desired:

- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.

- Experience in leading Planning, Billing, Site Execution, MEP, and Safety teams.

- Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.

- Client and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
