Lead Contracts & Procurement activities for large-scale real estate projects. ( We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with expertise in quantity estimation, contractor billing, subcontract management, cost control, and commercial activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects. )

- Manage tendering, vendor evaluation, negotiations and contract finalisation.
- Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and commercial evaluation.
- Manage contract administration, billing and certification.
- Ensure cost control and adherence to project budgets.
- Review contractual terms and identify commercial/contractual risks.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Finance and Procurement teams.
- Drive cost optimisation and timely procurement.
- Manage contractors, consultants and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from Real Estate Developers, Construction Companies, EPC or Top Contracting Companies with robust experience in C&P; / Contracts / Commercial / QS functions.
