We are seeking a skilled GIS qualified with experience in FME Flow Server Platform Management, ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and application development using JavaScript, .NET, and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise GIS platforms, developing geospatial applications, automating workflows, and supporting GIS solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage FME Flow (formerly FME Server), including deployment, scheduling, automation, security, and performance monitoring.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor).

Manage and administer ArcGIS Online, including users, groups, content, web maps, hosted feature layers, and sharing permissions.

Develop and maintain GIS web applications using JavaScript (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript) and .NET technologies.

Develop Python scripts for GIS automation, data processing, and administrative tasks using ArcPy, FME, and ArcGIS APIs.

Design, publish, and manage GIS services, web maps, dashboards, and applications.





Build and maintain automated ETL workflows using FME Workbench and FME Flow.

Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.

Monitor system health, perform upgrades, backups, patching, and disaster recovery activities.

Troubleshoot GIS platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with business users, analysts, and developers to deliver scalable GIS solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Required Skills Hands-on experience with FME Flow (FME Server) administration and workflow automation.

Strong knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and administration.

Experience with ArcGIS Online administration and content management.

Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET (C# / ASP.NET), and Python.

Experience with ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, and ArcGIS API for Python.

Knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data models, coordinate systems, and geodatabases.

Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.

Experience With Windows Server And IIS Administration Is Preferred. Key skills : FME Specalist
