? Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Drive 5S implementation and workplace organization initiatives across the manufacturing plant.
- Lead Kaizen and Continuous Improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Execute Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Business Excellence initiatives to eliminate waste and improve processes.
- Support cost-saving projects, finance governance, and operational excellence programs.
- Coordinate strategy and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage daily work management, Tier Accountability, and reporting/governance activities.




- Support deployment and sustainment of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).
- Analyze process performance using tools such as Minitab, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Conduct training sessions and drive employee engagement for Lean and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Solid communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

? Qualification:

BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Lean Practitioner, 5S Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certifications are preferred.
